Measures: measures about 37" tall by 47" wide by 35" deep.
Condition: Not sure if it is real leather or a really good fake leather ( or combo of leathers) but either way it is quality made. It does have some scuffs and scratches in various places ( see photos) and some fading or wear on the seat but sturdy and comfy.

After the 7th day, your purchase will be refunded to you and the item will be restocked to the store or online.
Returns
